OPRAH WINFRY SHOW: What Do You Really Believe?

This show developed in part as a response to the tragic events of 9/11 features Metta Institute^® founder Frank Ostaseski. He discusses with Oprah what patients on the precipice of death have to teach us about living fully and facing fear directly. The show focused on the idea that in a time of tragedy and challenge whatever you believe most deeply, can be embraced as a source of strength. But how many of us have truly considered what we really believe? Other guests include Holocaust survivor and Nobel Peace Prize winner Elie Wiesel, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, 11 year old poet Mattie Stepanek, author Gary Zukav and others sharing what they know for sure.
